Green P Service Update – COVID-19 March 30, 2020

TPA is committed to helping our customers and staff stay safe by continuing to operate all Green P facilities to help support those who need to travel on an urgent basis. Please know all our lots are patrolled by Green P staff to ensure the safety and security of our customers.

At our Green P gated facilities, if you do not see a TPA employee to assist, you can pay using any contactless credit and debit payment options at the exits or self-service payment kiosks.  Monthly permit holders can continue to tap their cards as they currently do.

At our non-gated Green P surface lots or while parking on-street, we encourage you to download and use our Green P app.

Please stay safe by practicing physical distancing and following the recommended personal hygiene measures to reduce the risk of transmission, to protect yourself and others.

If you need assistant while at a lot, press the “HELP” button on our machine, if available, or find a customer assistance station. If you have any questions, please email our customer service team at customerservice@greenp.com.
