On-street parking permits are managed by the City of Toronto. You can apply through the City's Parking Permit Portal.

Choose the car park you're interested in. On that page, scroll to the Monthly Permit section and select Apply Now to complete the form.
Once you submit your application, we'll review it and a Green P team member will follow up to confirm availability and payment.
Please note that not every Green P off-street lot offers monthly permits.
Tip: Having your licence plate and contact details handy will make the application faster.
Not yet. Automatic renewals are not currently available. You can renew by contacting customerservice@greenpmobility.com. We are working toward offering automatic renewals.
If a payment is missed, the permit does not renew automatically. If you would like to continue, please email customerservice@greenpmobility.com and we will help reactivate your permit and collect payment.
Yes. You can cancel at any time. Please note that refunds are not available for months that have already been paid.
Permits are generally not transferable to another person or vehicle. If your situation has changed, we are happy to review it case by case. Please email customerservice@greenpmobility.com.

Yes. Monthly permits are valid 24 hours a day for the paid month.
Parking is first come, first served. We limit the number of permits at each car park to help manage capacity, but spaces are not reserved.
Yes. Monthly permits include in and out privileges throughout the day.
Green P monthly permits are for off-street Green P surface lots and garages.
Residential on-street permits are managed by the City of Toronto and are not administered by Green P. Learn more under Residential On-Street Parking
