Our Parking Ambassadors
The Off-Street Parking team includes parking ambassadors who provide first-level customer service at our busiest car parks. For 8 to 16 hours per day, our parking ambassadors are onsite to support customers with payment, directions and other parking-related questions.
On behalf of TPA, our parking ambassadors act as customer service representatives to resolve minor complaints, troubleshoot equipment issues (e.g. receipt/ticket jams, recalibrating equipment) and perform light custodial duties.
