Service Alert: Garage Repairs at Car Park 36 (110 Queen Street West/Nathan Phillips Square) November 14, 2022

Toronto Parking Authority (TPA) will be conducting garage repairs at Car Park 36, located at 110 Queen Street (underneath Nathan Phillips Square).

Repairs will affect multiple levels of the car park.  Repairs are scheduled to begin on November 14, 2022 and are expected to be complete by the end of April 2023.

The details of the scheduled repairs are as follows:

• Repairs to concrete slabs on level P1 will take place between November 14, 2022 until late December 2022.
• Repairs involving the removal of loose concrete on levels P2 and P3 will take place between December 2022 – February 2023.
• Repairs focused on the ventilation system will take place between January 2023 – April 2023.

During this time, customers may experience service interruptions as parking spots are closed for use by construction teams.

Customers may also notice barriers around the repair site, and may experience traffic rerouting as the repairs progress.
