Carpark 414 (3885 Yonge Street) has re-opened October 16, 2013

 The TPA is proud to report that CP 414 located on the east side of Yonge Street, south of York Mills by the Miller Tavern has re-opened following the completion of major capital improvements to the parking facility.  The re-configured lot which is located on the western portion of the former site offers a total of 129 surface parking spaces.

 

The eastern portion of the former site has been converted to Parkland to be under the jurisdiction of Toronto Parks, Forestry and Recreation. The Design Elements of the New Parkland will include "The Mill Ruins" along with several pedestrian pathways.  The pathways will have pedestrian lighting while The Mill Ruins will have unique accent lighting.  The expanded park will be fully landscaped to include many new trees and shrubs.  Flower beds around The Mill Ruins will be planted by the local Community.  The park is expected to be completed in October 2013.
