BIXI Toronto Launch & Green P July 7, 2011

The Toronto Parking Authority is pleased to announce BIXI Toronto bicycle docking stations situated at the following two Green P locations:

15 Wellesley Street East (Carpark 5) – College St and Yonge St
87 Richmond Street East  (Carpark 219) – Jarvis St and Richmond St E

BIXI Toronto is Toronto’s new public bike system.  BIXI bikes can be picked up or dropped off at any one of 80 downtown bicycle docking stations, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Designed to complement various forms of transportation, BIXI bikes provide a flexible travel option that allow bikes to be taken when needed and left at any docking station when a destination is reached.  Individuals wishing to utilize this bike system can do so by purchasing a subscription that suits their needs (i.e. 24 hours, 72 hours, 30 day or one year subscription).
