40 LARCH STREET – CAR PARK 150 GARAGE RESTORATION March 24, 2025

Green P Car Park 150 located at 40 Larch Street will be undergoing restoration beginning in April 2025 and is estimated to be complete in Q4, 2026. Work will be phased to permit continuous traffic flow throughout the garage. Parking stall displacement will be limited to manage impact to parkers and occupancy. The garage’s operational hours will remain the same. Noisy hours will be in effect Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM & Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
