1 Brimley Rd S – Car Park #703 – Stall Reduction August 6, 2025

In September 2025, Car Park #703 at 1 Brimley Rd S will be reduced by 47 stalls to accommodate the
Brimley Road South Multi-Use Trail Project completed in partnership by Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) and the City of Toronto.

Construction staging areas are shown in the map below in the northern three rows of parking stalls at Car Park #703. Vehicular access to the lot will be maintained throughout the project. The project will continue into mid-2027.
