For over 70 years, TPA has been providing parking management services through safe, self-sustaining, conveniently located and competitively priced off-street and on-street public parking, and offers a number of other mobility solutions, such as EV charging and our public Bike Share services.

Our Recent Partnerships
CASE STUDY
Purolator Urban Quick Stop Kiosk
During the summer of 2022, TPA and Purolator entered into a partnership to create a “quick stop” location. Using repositioned TPA parking spaces, Purolator placed a “mini hub” (made from a 40-foot shipping container) in a Green P lot to operate full retail services (for customers to pick up and drop off shipments) and act as a convenient shipping, delivery point for Toronto residents living in the City’s urban core.
Located at the Green P parking lot at 19 Spadina Road (north of Bloor Street West), the Quick Stop is intended to act as a catalyst for sustainable shipping and delivery practices by being served by an e-bike based delivery fleet. In addition to reducing the number of commercial delivery vehicles on the road, the e-bike delivery fleet has helped to reduce CO2 emissions.
