Pay a Parking Violation Notice or Parking Ticket Online

Effective July 29, 2020, the TPA is no longer issuing Parking Invoices in TPA off-street lots. TPA is now only issuing Parking Violation Notices for vehicles incorrectly parked at TPA off-street lots. The Toronto Enforcement Unit issues Parking Violation Notices for incorrectly parked vehicles at TPA off-street lots and incorrectly utilizing on-street parking.

TICKET INQUIRIES

Inquiries regarding Parking Invoices issued in off-street lots prior to July 29, 2020 should be directed to the Toronto Parking Authority at (416) 393-7275.

Inquiries regarding Parking Violation Notices in off-street or on-street locations should be directed to the Toronto Enforcement Unit at (416) 397-8247.

Payment By Mail

When paying by mail, write the number of the Parking Ticket on the front of your cheque or money order and make it payable to City of Toronto. Dishonoured cheques may be subject to an administrative charge. Mail your payment to:

Payment in Person

Payment for Parking Tickets may be made by cash, cheque, travellers cheque, money order, Visa, Mastercard, or debit card.

Regardless of the year of infraction, all payment enquiries should be directed to Parking Tag Operations at: 416-397-TAGS (8247).
