Update 8:00am July 10, 2022

Service update: As of 8am July 10, all Green P parking facilities and pay machines are fully functional. Paid parking has resumed normal operations. We appreciate your patience during this outage.

Update 7:00 pm July 9, 2022

Service update: As of 7pm July 9 paid parking is in effect on-street and at all Green P lots. Customers may still experience some disruptions.

Update 8:30am July 9, 2022

As of 8:30am July 9, paid parking has resumed normal operations on-street and at all Green P lots. As Rogers service returns to normal, customers may still experience some disruptions. We will continue to keep you updated. For questions, please call customer service at 416-393-7275.

Update 10:00pm July 8, 2022

As of 10:00 pm July 8, Green P parking services are still being disrupted by the Rogers network outage. As a reminder, payment for On-Street parking and Green P facilities without gate arms are not required at this time. Payment is required at parking garages with gate arms. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will update regarding service at 8:00 am on July 9.

Due to the system outage affecting Rogers customers, Green P Parking is experiencing service disruptions. Payments for On-Street parking and Green P facilities without gate arms are not required at this time. Parking garages with gate arms are not impacted and payments are required. We are continuing to monitor the situation and updates will be provided as they become available.
