Payment of Courtesy Charges or Parking Infraction Notifications (P.I.N) that are issued for for infractions at TPA off-street parking facilities may be made using your credit card.

Payment of Courtesy Charge / P.I.N can also be made in person at 33 Queen Street east on the 3rd floor during regular business hours.

Please Note: Payment of Parking Tickets that are issued for infractions at on-street parking meters will be redirected to the City of Toronto website.

Payment By Mail

When paying by mail, write the number of the Parking Infraction Notice on the front of your cheque or money order and make it payable to City of Toronto. Dishonoured cheques may be subject to an administrative charge. Mail your payment to:

Payment at a Bank

Payment for Parking Infraction Notices is accepted at most chartered banks in Ontario if paid by the due date. Note: There may be a service charge.

Payment in Person

Payment for ParPayments for parking infractions may be made by cash, cheque, travellers cheque, money order, Visa, Mastercard, or debit card.
