Monthly Permits

The TPA sells monthly permits in many of its facilities. These permits are made available where spaces beyond those required by short stay parkers are available.

TPA - Off-Street Parking Facility Permits

The permits are made available on a first come first served basis. In cases of oversubscription, applicants will be placed on a waiting list. Please contact the Toronto Parking Authority at (416) 393-7348 for further information.

City - On-Street Residential Parking Permits

Residential on-street permits are not administered by the Toronto Parking Authority.
