The Toronto Parking Authority has recently opened and begun operations at its new surface parking lot located at 9 Bonar Place, which is located just north of College St. and Dufferin St. The parking lot can be accessed from both Sheridan Avenue or Dufferin St and customers can pay for parking using a TPA ticket machine.

This unattended surface parking lot has 34 spaces including one disabled parking space. This parking lot features sustainable landscaping and a community seating area.

The rates for this parking lot are:

• $.75 cents per 1/2 hour
• $5.00 Day Maximum from 7:00am to 7:00am
