The Toronto Parking Authority is set to open their newest state of the art parking garage in Toronto's Yorkville Neighbourhood. The 2 level underground garage is located at 100 Yorkville Avenue (at Bellair Street) and utilizes a fully automated payment system similar to that in operation at Dundas Square.

This facility will service parking demand in west yorkville and supplement the Yorkville Cumberland garage located at 37 Yorkville Avenue.

The rates for the new facility are set at

• $2.00 per each half hour;
• $15.00 maximum from 7:00 to 18:00, Monday to Saturday;
• $6.00 maximum from 18:00 to 07:00, Monday to Sunday; and,
• $8.00 maximum from 7:00 to 18:00, Sunday
