The Toronto Parking Authority has opened a new surface parking lot at 1439 Danforth Avenue, which is located west of Coxwell Avenue and Danforth Avenue. Though open; this lot is scheduled to be improved with sustainable landscaping and ashpalt pavement.
The parking facility will service the local residents and business community of the area.

The parking rates for this facility are as follows:

• $.75 cents per 1/2 hour
• $5.00 day maximum from 7:00am to 6:00pm
•  $3.00 night maximum from 6:00pm to 7:00am
